We act as a Data Processor on behalf of restaurants registered on the platform. The restaurant is the Controller of its diners' data and is responsible for obtaining their consent under applicable local law. We process diner data solely according to the restaurant's instructions, do not use it for our own purposes, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
